Your AVR can be connected to a network using a wired Ethernet cable or via WiFi.

Here, we will explain how to connect your AVR to a WiFi network.

(Please refer to your Owner’s Manual for a Wired (Ethernet) connection.

 

You can connect your AVR to a WiFi network in four different ways:

 

  • Scanning Network

  • Using your iOS device

  • Using WPS Router

  • Manually

Note:

This procedure only covers the

“Scanning Network”

method. 

(Please refer to your Owner’s Manual for the other methods of WiFi connection)

 

Preparation:

  • Make sure the external wireless antennas are connected on the rear panel and oriented in their full upright position. 
  • Make sure your AVR is connected to a TV via an HDMI cable.
  • Power on your AVR.

Procedure:

  1. Press the “Setup” button on the remote control.
  2. Select “Network” from the menu.
  3. Then, select “Connection” followed by “WiFi Setup”.
  4. You can now select “Scan Network” from the menu’s options.
  5. Select the network you wish to connect to from the list and enter your network’s WiFi encrypted password.
