Connect Network – Douglas County Corrections
If an individual wishes to deposit money on behalf of an inmate, he may do so by using the services offered through ConnectNetwork.
What is ConnectNetwork?
ConnectNetwork is an authorized deposit and account management portal for the corrections industry. With several different deposit methods available, ConnectNetwork is the quickest and most convenient option to fund your loved ones account. Purchasing money orders, mailing deposits and waiting several business days for the funds to post are now eliminated with ConnectNetwork.
AdvancePay® Prepaid Telephone Accounts:
To accept calls from an inmate at this facility, we recommend you create an AdvancePay® prepaid telephone account. Prepaid calling works by placing money on your phone number so that when your inmate calls you the funds are deducted from the balance on your prepaid account.
To set up or fund a prepaid account, you have three options:

Kiosk in the lobby of this facility, which allows you to create a prepaid telephone account when you make your first deposit. Once your account has been created, additional deposits may be made using the kiosk to replenish the funds in your AdvancePay
®
prepaid telephone account.

Commissary/Trust payments:
The ConnectNetwork® service can accept payments to an inmate’s commissary or trust account at this facility. Any funds deposited to an inmate commissary or trust account become the property of that inmate.
To fund a commissary or trust account, you have two options:

– Funds may be deposited into an inmate’s commissary or trust account using the ConnectNetwork
®
kiosk located in this facility. There is one kiosk available in the lobby vestibule which is accessible during normal lobby business hours. There are an additional two kiosks available at the Public Teller Window accessible 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The kiosks accept cash ($5, $10, $20, $50, $100) and MasterCard or Visa credit or debit cards.
