Company History & Profile : Hitachi Systems Network Technologies

Established in 2003, Hitachi Systems Digital Services first began as I-Net Solutions. Headquartered in Singapore, it is one of the leading Information Technology (IT) Service Providers, with offices in Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam and Philippines. I-Net Solutions prided itself for providing a comprehensive suite of IT Solutions in consulting, system integration, maintenance, IT outsourcing and managed services, striving to be an advocate of technology innovations and to deliver the best services to all customers with the utmost integrity.

I-Net Solutions was acquired by Hitachi Systems in November 2014 as a subsidiary of Hitachi Sunway Information Systems Sdn Bhd, and was subsequently renamed as Hitachi Sunway Network Solutions (HSSNS). Following the acquisition, HSSNS now possessed an ever-expanding pool of certified and committed IT personnel, supported by Hitachi’s regional and international expertise.

HSSNS has a managed and structured service framework in operation, consisting of 1st level field support, 2nd level implementation specialists and 3rd level consultants with principal level support. This enables customers to enjoy the benefits of customised strategic consultative actions for long-term returns by having access to expertise from all levels. HSSNS also operates a comprehensive hardware depot where customers are guaranteed access to a wide range of equipment via a single point of contact.

Effective 1st August 2017, HSSNS will be renamed Hitachi Systems Digital Services, following a restructuring of the Singaporean group companies of Hitachi Systems, Ltd. Having previously been a wholly owned subsidiary of Hitachi Sunway Information Systems Sdn Bhd, this move signifies an aim to strengthen cooperation with other members of the Hitachi Group in Singapore and expand the managed service business centering on the IT infrastructure building and security field for the private and public sectors, and the service business for medical and healthcare operators.
