Tóm tắt: Việc xác định đúng chủ thể quan hệ pháp luật dân sự nói chung, chủ thể quan hệ pháp luật dân sự được quy định trong Bộ luật Dân sự không chỉ có ý nghĩa về mặt lý luận, mà chứa đựng nhiều ý nghĩa thiết thực trong thực tiễn đời sống kinh tế, xã hội. Vì vậy, cần xác định rõ chủ thể quan hệ pháp luật dân sự được quy định trong Bộ luật Dân sự hiện nay ở nước ta.
