The other passengers also confirmed that they heard she did say that chicken was an option She could’ve nicely said it or apologized for telling an option that doesn’t exist. Not with the flu or a broken arm, but a major and serious life threatening illness we are still dealing with. We provided numerous documents as proof of the absolute dire situation and they denied the request over and over again. I get that the tickets were “non-refundable” but at least offer vouchers, credit, or be totally a stand-up company and refund the tickets. It wasn’t buyers remorse, trust me, we would have preferred to be in Portugal, rather than sitting in a hospital hoping and praying for his recovery.”

“Stood st the gate 30 minutes and then they changed the gate. Went to the new gate, stood in line again and they changed the gate AGAIN. Walked to the new gate and stood in line about another 30 minutes then once checked in and walked down the jetway, we were stopped again and had to wait!! Then we were delayed on the jetway waiting to load bags and once we started going, there were several planes ahead of us so we sat on the tarmac and waited some more. Flight arrived in Dublin more than 2 hours late!”

“We arrived 2 hours before the flight. No gate info available for 40 minutes. After 40 minutes it said gate info would be in 20 more minutes. After that 20 minutes they said another 20 minutes. There was no info on the flight and you have no place to wait until they decide to tell you where your gate it. When the gate info finally came up it said to report to the gate immediately and then we were supposed to board. Basically you are forced to stand for 3 hours not knowing anything about the flight.”

And for whatever reason the landing was very hard/abrupt that people screamed. If I had the choice I wouldn’t fly this airline again.”
