Bvckup 2 | Forum | Restoring Network Connections – Windows 11
mianoman :
I use Bvckup to schedule files to move from their location on my network to a shared NAS (QNAP). I recently migrated from a WIN10 DT to WIN11. Was running perfect on WIN10.
In WIN11 when I try to locate the “Backup to” I hit the button and look for my NAS but when I click it I receive an error message stating:
Restoring Network Connections
An Error occurred while reconnecting N: to \\NAS_Share\Backup
Microsoft Windows Network: The local device name is already in use.
This connection has not been restored.
I do not understand. As if I go to my PC the NAS is mapped and green lit. I can access everything. It just will not allow me to locate as a destination within this software.
Can anyone assist me?
