  2. Invite your attendees for an insightful video call on the digital board by sending them an online invitation or sharing the board link. 
  3. Go through all the steps and write down your answers on available sticky notes. Use different colors of sticky notes to classify your research. Provide responses to:
  • Key Partners — Who are your key partners or key suppliers to gain a competitive advantage?
  • Key Activities — What activities do you perform daily to deliver on your value proposition?
  • Key Resources — What essential resources do you use or rely on to provide outstanding services?
  • Value Propositions — What values are you planning to deliver, what problems are you trying to solve, and which customers’ needs are you trying to satisfy?
  • Customer Relationships — How does the primary relationship with your customers look like? How do you interact with your customers, and how do these interactions differ amongst various types of clients? How do you differentiate the level of support to different customer segments?
  • Channels — How will you reach customers, deliver value proposition, and provide services? What are your distribution channels?
  • Customer Segments — Who are your most important customers, and how is your value proposition intended to benefit them?
  • Cost Structure — What are the financial expenses associated with operating your business and providing the services?
  • Revenue Streams — How much return on investment do you plan to get by delivering your value proposition?
