Business Hour means a clock hour during the standard business hours of a Business Day based on Customer’s “Support Region” and “Support Center” as set forth at www.liferay.com/support/coverage-areas-and-hours.

Business Hours means 8:00 AM thru 5:00 PM Mountain Standard or Mountain Daylight Time, whichever is in effect on the date given.

Gross household income means gross income of a household as those terms are defined in rules of the authority.

Normal Business Hours means those hours during which most similar businesses in City are open to serve customers. In all cases, “Normal Business Hours” must include some evening hours, at least one (1) night per week and/or some weekend hours.

Business Books and Records has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 1.01(a)(xi).

Head of household means the parent or parents with whom the dependent child or children were residing at the time of placement in foster care.

Eligible Household means a household charged a UEC on their natural gas and/or electricity for the residence at which they reside as evidenced by their utility bill or UEC-participating utility vendor, has annual income at or below the current income limits of the federal poverty level, and meets other income criteria for assistance from the Nevada Fund for Energy Assistance and Conservation. Conversely, households not charged a UEC are ineligible for assistance from the fund. A household that receives benefits funded with LIHEAP grant monies may also be referred to as an eligible household in this plan. Also, refer to “UEC Eligible.”

Farmworker Household means a household of one or more persons wherein at least one member of the household is a Farmworker at the time of initial occupancy.

Normal means the condition which would have existed had no loss occurred.

Member of the household means any person who resides with the public official.

Vehicles all cars, trucks, trailers, construction and earth moving equipment and other vehicles covered by a certificate of title law of any state and all tires and other appurtenances to any of the foregoing.

Warehouse means any premises or place primarily constructed or used or provided with facilities for the storage in transit or other temporary storage of perishable goods or for the conduct of normal warehousing business.

Centers means the international agricultural and natural resources research centers that are members of the Consortium; and each a “Center”.

Median household income (MHI) means the calculation computed by the U.S. Census Bureau – Income of Households – This includes the income of the householder and all other individuals 15 years old and over in the household, whether they are related to the householder or not. Because many households consist of only one-person, average household income is usually less than average family income. The median divides the income distribution into two equal parts with 50% of the cases falling below the median income and 50% above the median. For households and families, the median income is based on the distribution of the total number of households and families, including those with no income. The median income for individuals is based on individuals 15 years old and over with income. Median income for households, families, and individuals is computed on the basis of a standard distribution.

Annual Household Income means the gross income of a person, together with the gross income of all persons who intend to permanently reside with such person in the Development to be financed by the Corporation, as of the date of occupancy shown on the income certification promulgated by the Corporation.

Locations mean one or more of the healthcare or other facilities owned by the Borrower on the Property as identified on Schedule 1.1(a) hereto.

Student Personal Information means information collected through a school service that personally identifies an individual student or other information collected and maintained about an individual student that is linked to information that identifies an individual student, as identified by Washington Compact Provision 28A.604.010. CNB reserves the right to refuse to allow Cards to be removed from the Business Household and to remain in the Rewards Program for the benefit of the Business Household .
A Business Household will be dissolved in the event the Business Primary Card or the Account under which it was issued is cancelled or terminated by either party, or permanently unavailable for use and no alternate Business Primary Card is designated.
CNB automatically combines all Qualifying Cards with the same Customer ID Number of the Business into the Business Household and will automatically identify the Business Primary Card.
Business (Household Occupations) No business activities of any kind shall be conducted in any building or in any portion of the community without the prior written consent of the Board of Directors.
Except as otherwise provided in Paragraph 3.d. of these Business Householding Program Rules, all Points earned by the Business Household are automatically aggregated from all the Contributing Cards in the Household for redemption through the Business Primary Card.

If Cards are removed from the Business Household but permitted by application to remain in the Rewards Program under Paragraph 3.d. of these Business Householding Program Rules, the Points earned by use of a Card may not be included in any other Household for the purpose of aggregating Points, unless otherwise permitted by CNB.
The Business, through an Authorized Redeemer, may submit an application via the City National Rewards Program website to include a Card as a Contributing Card in a Business Household established under these Business Householding Program Rules.
For Business, Household, Motor, Travel and Personal Accident Policies a charge of a maximum 45%, a minimum charge of €40, applies to the premium.
