Review and comments shall be provided to the ISO within fifteen (15) Business Days of receipt.

If the Corporation provides notice to a stockholder that the number of Proposed Nominees proposed by such stockholder exceeds the number of directors to be elected at a meeting, the stockholder must provide written notice to the Corporation within five Business Days stating the names of the Proposed Nominees that have been withdrawn so that the number of Proposed Nominees proposed by such stockholder no longer exceeds the number of directors to be elected at a meeting.

Further to B10, Bidders shall provide a description of the service facility including, but not limited to, number of qualified service staff, years of service experience, and general service capabilities within three (3) Business Days upon request of the Contract Administrator.

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable Facility Document, in the computation of a period of time from a specified date to a later specified date, the word “from” means “from and including,” the word “through” means “to and including” and the words “to” and “until” both mean “to but excluding.” Periods of days referred to in any Facility Document shall be counted in calendar days unless Business Days are expressly prescribed.

The Borrower may, from time to time on any Business Day, voluntarily prepay Advances under one or more Tranche in whole or in part, without penalty or premium; provided that the Borrower shall have delivered to the Collateral Agent, the Lenders and the Administrative Agent written notice of such prepayment (such notice, a “Notice of Prepayment”) in the form of Exhibit C not later than 2:00 p.m. two (2) Business Days prior to the date of such prepayment.
