The PARTNER may not question COMMISSIONS submitted by a USER, including in accordance with the provisions of the BUSINESS AGREEMENT or the Regulations.

The COMPANY may refuse to accept a COMMISSION for processing if the COMMISSION has been submitted incorrectly, in particular, in violation of the provisions of a BUSINESS AGREEMENT or the Regulations.

The content of the legal relationship related to the sale of the COMPANY’S GOODS is governed first by the provisions of the BUSINESS AGREEMENT, and to the extent not covered by it, by the provisions of these Regulations in force at the time an ORDER or COMMISSION is placed.
