that you profit from it? In the MSc Business Administration –
Strategic Innovation Management (MSc BA SIM) you will study the
whole strategic process of managing innovations within companies
and between companies. The programme is structured around the
following four topics: (1) where does innovation come from; (2) how
can a firm organise its activities for innovation; (3) how and with
whom should a firm cooperate to maximise innovation; and (4) how
can firms capture value from innovation? In doing so, the aim of
this programme is to teach students how to manage a firm’s
innovation activities and to help turn ideas into profitable new
processes, products, services and business models.The MSc BA SIM is
a strongly research-oriented programme since all our courses are
designed and taught by a small group of top academic researchers.
By introducing students to state-of-the-art academic research, the
programme aims to give students the tools to properly understand,
evaluate and solve real-life cases, and conduct their own
research.
