Biện pháp thay thế xử lý vi phạm hành chính

Tóm tắt: Luật sửa đổi, bổ sung một số điều của Luật Xử lý vi phạm hành chính quy định một số điểm mới về các biện pháp thay thế xử lý vi phạm hành chính, nhằm tăng cường bảo đảm các quyền của người chưa thành niên, giúp họ có được môi trường cải tạo, giáo dục lành mạnh, nhân ái hơn. Trong bài viết này, tác giả phân tích các biện pháp thay thế xử lý vi phạm hành chính, nêu lên một số bất cập và đề xuất hướng hoàn thiện.

Abstract: The Law on amendments of a number of provisions under the Law on Handling of Administrative Violations has stipulated a number of new provisions on alternative measures to handle administrative violations in order to enhance the guarantee of the rights of minors, helping them to have a reform environment, healthier, more compassionate education after violations of the law. Within this article, the author provides an analysis of the alternative measures to handle administrative violations, highlights of the inadequacies, and also gives out a number of recommendations for improvements.
