  • Co-location means the use of an existing tower or structure to support antennae for the provision of wireless services.   • Downtown area means the business area of a community that is centrally located within the community within the context of the Iowa main street program.

  • Lot area means the total horizontal area within the lot lines of a lot.

  • Urban area means Maricopa and Pima counties, excluding Tribal Lands.

  • Areas means such areas within the DAS Areas that are identified in Annexure A annexed to this Agreement;
