Plann has so many impressive features that lured me in. This list includes my favourite features from the platform, that bloggers and creators like yourself would love and find useful.

Being able to post my Instagram content from my desktop allows me to streamline my content creation process! Plann offers the ability to schedule your content straight from your computer even if you’re on a free plan!

When Plann released their done for your captions on the Plann platform I totally freaked out! This is one feature that no other Instagram scheduler offers! These done for you captions can be accessed by clicking on the little idea icon when creating your content piece. This has been a game-changer, especially if you’re experiencing content creation fatigue. The captions are a guideline, you can easily adapt them to suit your own niche or brand.

Social Media Strategy & Placeholders

Plann allows you to create your own social media strategy. They also offer you some industry examples that you can tweak and customize to suit your own brand. These strategy ideas work as placeholders allowing you can drag and drop on your Instagram feed and replace it with the image or video you want to share. Honestly, this is something any creator and blogger needs! It helps you strategically think, plan and streamline the creating process.

Easy to use Media Library

Have tones of media created and want to store them on Plann? No problem! Gone are the days of storing your images on Dropbox, you can easily store your content on Plann to easily post when you are ready! Plann also allows you to create different folders, this is useful when you working on different brands and can store all images relating to that brand in one folder.

Canva Integration

Canvaholics! Plann is also integrated with Canva! What does this mean? You don’t have to leave the Plann. Once you click on the Canva logo it will take you straight to a blank canva design for you to create your carousels, quote, etc once done the design automatically saves within Plann. This has been another game-changer for me and honestly saved me so much time not having to switch between apps as I create loads of my content on Canva.

Is that five already?! Plann has so many incredible features and tools to help you plan your content without stress. They are continuously improving and have a sense of community that I love. You’ll often get a little feedback message popping up so that they can improve their platform which I like.
