33+ Cool and Creative Ambient Ads

We are used to thinking that advertising is something that gives us some time to go to the bathroom while watching a TV show or a movie. But should it always be that way? Not at all! Some adverts are so cool that you’d rather not miss them. For Panda, ambient advertising is one of the coolest types of advertising and one of the best marketing strategies out there. “What’s that?” you say? I’ll explain.

Ambient advertising uses our natural surroundings to market products in unique ways. This creative advertising catches our attention in places that we’d least expect it. Part viral marketing and part installation art, a great piece will help to create a talking point about the advert itself, and not just the product.

Since billboard advertising has been done to death, marketers have looked for new ways to reach their target audience. And what better way to get products into customers’ hands than by doing literally that (case in point: photo #1). Aside from the funny advertisements on the list, there are also serious activist campaigns that highlight environmental issues and social issues too.
