PlayStation don’t like phone calls….

It appears at PlayStation the staff work on a 0 hour contract scheme. When discussing an issue they refer you to the online assistant services here in theory you are connected to an agent to discuss and resolve your problem. This is never the case “agent unavailable” all the time. When you get to chat with someone, through text because all phone calls at PlayStation seem to be banned as there is no sign of a phone number anywhere, you are greeted with a few “sorry to hear about your issues”. When it comes to actually trying to solve an issue they just tell you to read the FAQ’s as they will solve all your issues…. Not in the slightest. No help at all, thanks PlayStation
