Communication Services means aeronautical fixed and mobile services to enable ground-to-ground, air-to-ground and air-to-air communications for ATC purposes;

Information Services means the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board’s Electronic Municipal Market Access System; or, such other services providing information with respect to called municipal obligations as the District may specify in writing to the Paying Agent or as the Paying Agent may select.

Telecommunication Services means the offering of Telecommunications for a fee directly to the public, or to such classes of users as to be effectively available directly to the public, regardless of the facilities used.

BPO Services means Provider’s business process outsourcing services described in the applicable Solution Exhibit, whereby Provider assumes responsibility for Customers’ business processes.

Transportation Services means those activities designed to assist a person to travel from one place to another to obtain services or carry out life’s activities.

Broadband Services means Verizon’s Fios or DSL-based Internet services (whichever applies). Verizon’s DSL-based Internet service is also known as “High Speed Internet” (“HSI”).

Beta Services means SFDC services or functionality that may be made available to Customer to try at its option at no additional charge which is clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation, or by a similar description.

Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

Educational Services means educational training provided to Entitled Students at a School;

Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

public telecommunications network means the public telecommunications infrastructure which enables signals to be conveyed between defined network termination points by wire, by microwave, by optical means or by other electromagnetic means;

Detailed telecommunications billing service means an ancillary service of separately stating information pertaining to individual calls on a customer’s billing statement.

Hosting Services means the Service of maintaining on NeoSystems’ computing servers certain hosted applications as specified in an Agreement, and making such hosted applications available to Client via network access, together with any hosting support Services, as set forth in an Agreement.

Private communication service means a telecommunication service that entitles the customer to exclusive or priority use of a communications channel or group of channels between or among termination points, regardless of the manner in which such channel or channels are connected, and includes switching capacity, extension lines, stations, and any other associated services that are provided in connection with the use of such channel or channels.

Interconnection Service(s means any Interconnection, Resale Services, 251(c)(3) UNEs, Collocation, functions, facilities, products or services offered under this Agreement.

Operational Services means Opflex, Lineflex and adjustment of Linefill quantity and shipper imbalance.

Mobile telecommunications service means the same as that term is defined in Section 124(7) of Public Law 106-252 (Mobile Telecommunications Sourcing Act).

Support Services means support in relation to the use of, and the identification and resolution of errors in, the Hosted Services, but shall not include the provision of training services;

Communication service means a service capable of accessing, connecting with, or interfacing with a 9-1-1 system, exclusively through the numerals 9-1-1, by dialing, initializing, or otherwise activating the 9-1-1 system through the numerals 9-1-1 by means of a local telephone device, cellular telephone device, wireless communication device, interconnected voice over the internet device, or any other means.

Education Services means activities that increase awareness and understanding of the causes and nature of conditions or factors which affect an individual’s development and functioning.

Application Services means the hosted applications and related services as described in Exhibit A.

Transportation Service means a service for moving people and goods, such as intercity bus service and passenger rail service.

Technical Services means all services that are necessary to carry out individual, scattered site activities including but not limited to: (1) conducting initial inspections, (2) work write-up or project specification development, (3) cost estimate preparation, (4) construction supervision associated with activities that do not require an architect or engineer, (5) lead hazard reduction or lead abatement need determination and oversight, (6) lead hazard reduction or abatement carrying costs, (7) temporary relocation coordination, (8) financing costs such as security agreement preparation and recording or filing fees, (9) processing of individual applications for assistance, (10) income eligibility determination and verification, (11) value determination (new construction) or after rehabilitation value determination (existing structures), and (12) project-specific environmental clearance processes.

Transportation Service Agreement means the contract between KUB and the Customer whereby KUB agrees to provide transportation gas service to the Customer.

Implementation Services has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

However, according to the EC Recommendation of 19 March 2010 on the authorisation of systems for mobile communication services on board vessels (MCV services) , Member States should take any appropriate measure in order to ensure that consumers and other end-users are adequately informed about the terms and conditions for the use of MCV services.
