Conditions for Bamboo C Pass (GV5): 

– Applicable to all domestic routes being on sale (except for flights to/from Con Dao)

– Package price includes taxes and fees. Free 40kg of checked baggage and 2 pieces of 7kg of hand baggage according to business class standards.

– Flight period is valid within 12 months from the date of purchase (01 month = 30 days), not applicable during holidays and Tet, specifically as follows:

New Year’s Eve: December 30, 2021 – January 4, 2022;

Lunar New Year: January 17, 2022 – February 16, 2022;

Hung king anniversary: April 8, 2022 – April 12, 2022;

Public holidays: April 30-1/5: April 28, 2022-May 5, 2022;

National Day:  September 1, 2022-September 5, 2022

– Voucher has an identifier, there is only one owner of this voucher. When purchasing, you should provide CMT/Passport number for later verification at the airport.

– Voucher is transferable only once provided that it has not been used to book a ticket. Transfer fee 2,000,000 VND (VAT included)

– There is a limit to the number of seats available for sale on each flight. You are encouraged to book tickets early to ensure availability.

– Change the itinerary, flight time with a fee applicable for Business Smart class

• Change flight/itinerary (Minimum 03 hours before departure time): Free + additional surcharge if any (in case of changing to a higher ticket class).
• Flight/Itinerary change: (Within 3 hours before departure time and up to before card expires): Fee of VND 297,000/way (including VAT) + additional surcharge if any (in case of change to a higher ticket class).

Note: The new flight date must be within the validity period of the pass. Fees are subject to change at the time of redemption.
