‘browsing for people’

I guess i’m looking for some kind of ‘browse / search’ button or something..i’m not sure. I have this feeling its something to do with ‘peta’ right?..but i’m still slightly confused on how to ‘do’ it.

I heard that ‘the GazettE’ and ‘Miyavi’ and other psc bands and J-Rock artists had blogs on ameba so i wanted to go and have a look at them..but i cant seem to find them. Old links dont work. I thought maybe they might be just their fan club blogs which im a part of anyway..but i did kind of want to know ‘how’ i add them as friends ect on Ameba..so i can read the blogs from the site…
plus i wanted to find some new frineds so i can slowly learn to progress with my japanese.

I know this is probably the silliest question you have ever got..but i getting frustrated so i’d like to ask ‘how’ do i do it..how do i ‘look’ up people and search for friends.
