OVERVIEW:
- ProFocus is searching for a Workday HCM Business Analyst/Quality Analyst for a 12-month W-2 contract with competitive benefits with our client in Oregon. Project starts August 2021.
- This is a senior level Workday HCM Business Analyst/Quality Analyst role with great pay.
- Workday HCM experience required, experience with the Benefits module and Workday HCM Integrations (requirements thru design and testing).
POSITION DETAILS
The Workday HCM Business Analyst (BA)/Quality Analyst (QA) will work closely with the project team which consists of HR functional leads, HR Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), IT BAs, Developers, QAs, Program Managers and Project Managers. In addition, the client has a external System Integrator (SI) team to guide company on configuration, integration and testing of the Workday product.
Primary duties
- Analyze business processes and existing functionality
- Elicit and document requirements and findings with business partners and SI
- Participate in meetings with business partners and SI, acting as technical liaison to ensure solutions meet business requirements
- Facilitate meetings as necessary, documenting all action items and decisions
- Assist with the creation and implementation of test planning and test execution
- Act as a point of contact for assigned functional area(s)
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 5 or more years of business analysis experience.
Workday HCM experience required, experience with the Benefits module and Workday HCM Integrations (requirements thru design and testing). - Effective interpersonal, and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability in problem solving
- Strong analytical skills and ability to organize data in reports
- Strong MS Office and SharePoint skills (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
- Detail oriented individual who can provide polished deliverables to project team
- Authorization to work in the US is a precondition of employment. We do not sponsor work visas and cannot facilitate corp-to-corp for this project.
PREFERRED
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or related field or demonstrate equivalent experience
- Familiarity with preparing test plans, test cases, test scenarios, test scripts, test reports and test summaries
- Creation of test data
- Integration testing and troubleshooting
- End-to-end testing, and documenting all test cases
- Effective interpersonal, and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability in problem solving
- Strong analytical skills and ability to organize data in reports
- Detail oriented individual who can provide polished deliverables to project team
