Windows 7 WIFI no drivers – Microsoft Q&A

I have installed a clean version of windows 7 32-bit on my Dell E6420 and WIFI is not working. I have spent days trying to find the right drivers and Dell is No Help. All of the drivers missing are in the picture attached of Device Manager. I found an article on here where another had the same problem (see link below). I can’t tell what brand the wifi card is either…

I am tired of fighting with this…The similar article is related to installing a driver from Dell, but when the executable is run, I get the same error he did. The KB link is No Longer on MS’s Website…
