Luu Thi Hieu has had millions of views on her videos showing how hard it is for disabled people to negotiate everyday life in the Vietnamese capital – Hanoi.
“At least I can show people that wheelchair users can go out,” Hieu Luu says. “Because so many wheelchair users don’t dare to go out. They feel the street is too dangerous, their parents don’t dare to let them go out, or they just don’t have enough information to do so.”
