Loved being able to shop online at my own pace. Was very excited to find exactly what I was looking for. Set up delivery and waited. Delivery was on time car looked great just as described. Until I turned on the AC. It didn’t work. So much for the 100 point check. Called customer service, they said you can return it and pick another one or we will fix it at one of our approved shops. I spent a lot of time finding this one so I opted to get it repaired. They sent me a list, yes it was up to me to get an appointment and have it repaired. No big deal until the first 2 couldn’t get me in for 2 to 3 weeks. One shop said “warranty work comes after regular customers. The 3rd one got me in recharged the system said all fixed. Great until 15 miles later no cold air. Called them they said bring it back tomorrow. The next day they looked at it and said it has a leak in the line ordered parts and said it will be 5 business days but they will give you $40 per day for a rental. I don’t know about you but rental cars are $65 and up per day now, maybe 2 years ago $40 would cover it. 5 days later I took my new car back to the repair shop. On the 6th day I got my car back. Seems to be running fine. To summarize, out $25 per day in rental fees, 6 days with out my new car and a lot of attitude from preferred shops. I could have used a Ford dealership but would have cost me another $200 out of pocket. Just be prepared for all the above in the event it happens
