Many pop culture franchises have come and gone over the years, but I’m glad MAD and its gap-toothed mascot, Alfred E. Neuman, are still thriving.

Tonight MAD‘s Cartoon Network series celebrates its 100th episode in grand style. The super-sized 30-minute ep includes parodies of Man of Steel and more.

I’m excited to debut the extended stop-motion opening of the episode, which features some cool Spy vs. Spy stuff and, of course, our old pal Al. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.
