Dear Flower Box, I just wanted to say thank you for going above and beyond with my order last week. I live in Dallas and ordered a flower arrangement for a patient of mine that passed away in Tyler. I only knew the family’s address (not phone #). When I placed my order the gentleman said he would find the phone # for me and ensure it would be delivered. Not only was it delivered the day I called (and right before Christmas), the employee called the funeral home where the service took place and hand delivered the flowers to the family! All within an hour after I called! This was above and beyond what was expected…especially being the last day the store was open before the Holidays! Thank you so much!

I placed an order online, & I had great customer service. They kept me updated on my order & delivered the flowers quickly. The bouquet was pretty & the flowers have stayed fresh for a long time. They even followed up with a thank you. I would definitely buy flowers here again.

A really lovely arrangement! Thank you very much for sending us a photo. My grandparents retired to Tyler and when I was growing up in the mountains of New Mexico, we loved to go visit them there. It was so different with the red soil and brick streets downtown. They lived out of town on a little property with a pecan orchard and goats and it was great fun for us. Nice memories.

I saw that at least 3 others ordered from you and you knew what colors we wanted so it coordinated so well. The visitation room was full of beautiful flowers and had the best fragrance.
