Trainee Business Development Manager

First Response Group is an established professional security and facilities management company, providing services to a wide range of companies including Blue Chip multi-nationals, large UK independents, main contractors and small to medium sized businesses. We are embarking on an exciting period of growth and seeking to employ Trainee Business Development Managers within our Construction, Utilities & Infrastructure business unit. You will be responsible for the whole sales process, from start to finish, including: calling on potential clients; attending meetings; carrying out site surveys; providing quotations and; closing the sale. Full training will be given on our products and services. Your personality is key as this is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has a can-do attitude, positive and has a winning mentality. Sales experience required but not necessarily in the security sector.

Salary: £18,000 – £25,000, dependant on experience + rewarding bonus scheme
