Trainee/ Business Development Manager

You will responsibility for meeting and exceeding sales targets and objectives by building strong relationships with IFA’s. In return, the company is offering a great benefits package.

Responsibilities:

The right candidate will be responsible for a broad range of tasks and services.

Responsible for the process of setting remuneration levels, staff performance and training
Ensuring positive business relationships with all team
Dealing with IFA’s seminars, conferences and workshop
Being part oof the business strategy’s development
Maintaining good knowledge on products and industry

Requirements:

The ideal candidate shall be sales oriented and target drive with a passion for the industry and self-development. Exceptional communication skills, ability to negotiate and use a range of influencing styles to achieve results and to build strong relationships with internal and external clients.
