Tracker Network | BackTrack
Since BackTrack began operations, it has proved to be a highly effective program with sustainable long-term results. Thanks to this success, we’re now recognised as a national leader and advocate for disengaged and at-risk young people. Our reputation means BackTrack is often approached by other regional communities, on how best to support their young people in need. We share what we know, offering guidance and training to other self-driven community initiatives. Our coaching mentorship makes it possible for other communities to adopt and adapt BackTrack’s principles and methods to suit their own unique settings: LeaderLife Dubbo; Down The Track Lake Cargelligo; Making Tracks Broken Hill; RuffTRACK Hawkesbury River; FlatTrack Moree; ShoreTrack Macksville and Emerge Toowoomba.
Building a Tracker Network delivers more than the obvious benefit – to help a greater number of young people on the ground. There is also the priceless network of support that grows via mutual exchange between the Tracker Network organisations. No one works in isolation, and ideas, resources and support are methodically shared and built upon to achieve much more. As the saying goes – If you want to go fast, go alone: If you want to go far, go together.
