Hackaday was founded in 2004 and turns 15 Years old in 2019. It started as a web magazine which published and archived “the best hacks, mods, and DIYs from around the world”

You might not know that the hack day logo is famously known as the “Jolly wencher” and was designed by “Phillip Torrone” spouse of a “Limor Fried” (Lady Ada founder of Adafruit industries).

Phillip was also the first hacker to publish an article on hackaday.

Apart from publishing hacks and mods hackaday also organizes hacking events and contests and give exciting prizes to the winners.

Hackaday has published more than 1000 blog posts revealing the hidden features and exploiting the hardware and software to work beyond its limits.

Finally, Thank You Hackaday we wish you a very happy birthday and thank you for enlightening us with hacks.
