Mobile Network means the mobile telecommunications network(s) across which the InControl Services are provided;

Open Wireless Network means any network or segment of a network that is not designated by the State of New Hampshire’s Department of Information Technology or delegate as a protected network (designed, tested, and approved, by means of the State, to transmit) will be considered an open network and not adequately secure for the transmission of unencrypted PI, PFI, PHI or confidential DHHS data.

Non-Network means any hospital, day care centre or other provider that is not part of the network.

ACH Network means the funds transfer system, governed by the NACHA Rules, that provides funds transfer services to participating financial institutions.

Core Network means the transport infrastructure identified in accordance with Chapter III of Regulation (EU) No 1315/2013;

telecommunications network means transmission systems and, where applicable, switching or routing equipment and other resources, including network elements which are not active, which permit the transmission and reception of signals by wire, radio, optical, or other electromagnetic means;

Area network means a type of electric distribution system served by multiple transformers interconnected in an electrical network circuit, which is generally used in large metropolitan areas that are densely populated, in order to provide highly reliable service. Area network has the same meaning as the term “distribution secondary grid network” found in institute of electrical and electronics engineers (IEEE) standard 1547 sub clause 4.1.4.

Digital network or “network” means any online-enabled application, software, website, or system offered or used by a transportation network company that enables the prearrangement of rides with transportation network drivers.

public telecommunications network means the public telecommunications infrastructure which enables signals to be conveyed between defined network termination points by wire, by microwave, by optical means or by other electromagnetic means;

Connectivity means the physical and logical interconnection to the TELVIVA System (including via third party data telecommunications networks) as may be specified by TELVIVA to access and use the Communication Services, including the type and bandwidth of the relevant access circuit;

Network means the hotels, inns, conference centers, timeshare properties and other operations that Hilton Worldwide and its subsidiaries own, license, lease, operate or manage now or in the future.

Local Area Network or “LAN” means the infrastructure that enables the ability to transfer IP services within Sites (including data, voice and video conferencing services).

Synchronous Optical Network (SONET) is an optical interface standard that allows inter-networking of transmission products from multiple vendors. The base rate is 51.84 Mbps (“OC-1/STS-1”) and higher rates are direct multiples of the base rate, up to 13.22 Gbps.

Card Network means Visa U.S.A., Inc., MasterCard International, Inc., American Express Travel Related Services Company, Inc., DFS Services LLC (the owner of Discover) and their affiliates, or any other payment networks approved by Bank that provide Cards accepted by Merchant.

Spot network means a type of electric distribution system that uses two or more inter-tied transformers to supply an electrical network circuit. A spot network is generally used to supply power to a single customer or a small group of customers. Spot network has the same meaning as the term “spot network” defined in Section 4.1.4 of IEEE Standard 1547.

Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

Network Resource means any designated generating resource owned, purchased, or leased by a Network Customer under the Network Integration Transmission Service Tariff. Network Resources do not include any resource, or any portion thereof, that is committed for sale to third parties or otherwise cannot be called upon to meet the Network Customer’s Network Load on a non-interruptible basis, except for purposes of fulfilling obligations under a reserve sharing program.

DSL refers to a set of service-enhancing copper technologies that are designed to provide digital communications services over copper Loops either in addition to or instead of normal analog voice service, sometimes referred to herein as xDSL, including, but not limited to, the following:

VPN means Virtual Private Network.

Computer network means the interconnection of hardwire or wireless communication lines with a computer through remote terminals, or a complex consisting of 2 or more interconnected computers.

AWS means Cloud computing service “Amazon Web service” provided by Amazon Web Services, Inc. ( “AWS company”).

Interface means the mixture occurring in pipeline operations between adjoining batches having similar or dissimilar physical characteristics.

Network Element means a facility or equipment used in the provision of a Telecommunications Service. Such term also includes features, functions, and capabilities that are provided by means of such facility or equipment, including subscriber numbers, databases, signaling systems, and information sufficient for billing and collection or used in the transmission, routing, or other provision of a Telecommunications Service.

Internet Access means a service that enables users to access content, information, electronic mail or other services over the internet. Internet access does not include telecommunication services provided by a common carrier.

Network Services means the equipment, software, and services necessary to transmit voice, data, or video.
Neither GPU Telcom nor the Company shall have any right, interest or access to the TNS Network except to the extent authorized by TNS, in its sole discretion.
The Channel shall be responsible for monitoring, balancing the ABM at a minimum of every 14 days, insuring equipment and contents against all perils, entry of the “A Key”, alarm services, screen language, ABM supplies, any other client support, and stocking such ABM Devices with cash, and shall bear any and all loss or damage to such ABM Devices and their contents, providing such loss or damage is not caused by TNS, the TNS Network or the System.
Subject to restrictions on competition set forth in Section 5.9, TNS reserves the right to construct, install, own and operate the TNS Network and related electronics, equipment and facilities within and outside the GPU Telcom Territory and TNS shall retain exclusive ownership of the TNS Network .
