Cheap Trick – Remastered Stand Stats

Biography: The Stand of Masazo Kinoto, that takes a humanoid appearance. Cheap Trick bears no loyalty to its master and is purely independent as a Stand. Cheap Trick rides Masazo’s back and when anybody sees Masazo’s back, Cheap Trick will kill him and hop on the back of whoever saw his back, becoming Cheap Trick’s new master, whether they have a Stand or not. If another person sees that person’s back, then Cheap Trick will repeat the process. As such, the current holder must do everything in their power to not let anybody see their back, as even passersby who take one glance at the current user’s back or even animals will activate Cheap Trick’s power.  Because Cheap Trick is the person’s new Stand, it follows the same rules that any attack on it will be dealt to the user also and even using unorthodox methods like Koichi’s Echoes Act 3 to weigh Cheap Trick down won’t work as it will still kill the user. Cheap Trick’s other ability is “Talking”, where it will try and psychologically pressure its host into doing what it wants. It can also talk to anybody around it, Stand user or not, sounding like its host to provoke them into attacking its host and mistakenly look at their back. It can even talk to animals. The only way to kill it without killing the current user is to remove Cheap Trick’s soul, which is still the fighting spirit of Masazo, and only that of Cheap Trick’s.
