SpareFoot: Find Your Stuff a Home

Excellent Experience!

I have never used SpareFoot before but I needed to find a storage facility that was local to me and they only advertised on Sparefoot. When I called I spoke to a very friendly and knowledgeable woman who went above and beyond to help me. There was not any space in the facility that was nearest to me but she looked at options close by, provided me information and then reserved it for me no charge (you pay when you sign up at the facility) She was so helpful and nice, she did not push me into getting a larger unit or make me feel pressured. I wish I could remember her name to thank her personally. She even sent me a text of the location of the facility. I didn’t know this company existed before and I was a little suspicious at first because I thought they were going to ask for my credit card details or something but they did not and I had an excellent experience with them! All they did was reserve the unit for me and I signed the contract directly at the facility when I arrived at the time I set. I would use them again!
