They contacted me with the right unit to buy and a reasonably priced supplier. They hadn’t installed my particular model before but were confident. I ordered the unit, paid up front, and told them when it arrived. They worked me into the schedule within the week and arrived first thing in the morning. The install had some quirks due to the unit not being straight forward to install in keeping with code, but the electrician explained how he was going to change the wiring to the unit in order to meet code and preserve the weather proofing. He was polite and friendly, gave me an extra warranty due to the unusual situation, and helped me pair my phone with the correct app for charging. He also quickly diagnosed and fixed my outlet. I was happy with everything and look forward to contacting them again when I need wiring.
