Skype for Business Server 2019 Modern Admin Control Panel (MACP)

Microsoft recently released a new announce the general availability of the Modern Admin Control Panel (MACP), as part of the Skype for Business Server 2019 March 2021 Cumulative Update.

This is a new HTML5-based admin interface and doesn’t require Silverlight.

 In this release, Microsoft adds introduce following tabs: ‘Voice Routing’, ‘Voice Features’, ‘Response Group’ and ‘Conferencing (Dial-In-Access Number sub-tab)’

Installation

1. Run command: Add-WindowsFeature ManagementOData
2. Stop-CsWindowsService

please run the CU in Admin mode.

when the update finish you need to restart the Front-end servers, please click ‘Yes’.

Run bootstrapper, which is by default installed to C:\Program Files\Skype for Business Server 2019\Deployment

An MACP Admin needs to:

• The administrator account must have CsAdministrator role privileges and must be SIP-enabled.

How To Using Control Panel (Macp)

 please type in In the browser – “https://<your pool FQDN>/macp” or “https:\\localhost\macp” . (if you want to check the Current frontend)

please insert your Email address or Domain\username and your password.
