We have renovated a splendid house with a garden in Setagaya. It is a stylish house that mixes antique Western style and Japanese style! In addition, there are many rooms that are large and have a lot of storage, so you can spend a very comfortable time!

Nippori House 2, 2floor, 10-room wooden house, is a very convenient location with a 5-minute walk to Nippori Station and a 6-minute walk to Nishi-Nippori Station, but the rent is about 50,000 yen, which is very cheap. Although it is an old house, the rooms have been renovated and are relatively clean. If you want a cost-effective life in Nippori with convenient transportation, this is the perfect house!

Nippori House 1 is a 6-story reinforced concrete room with 21 rooms. The common space is divided into 3 places (1st floor, 2nd floor, 3rd-4th floor), 3 kitchens (dining room), 4 shower rooms, 5 washlet toilets, 4 washing machines that can be used free of charge. Equipped with 3 dryers. It is a very comfortable property to live in because it is close to the station and you can use many shops in the Nippori area!
