Schneider Electric Srbija gets 4.3 mln euro deal from grid operator EMS – TED

February 21 (SeeNews) – Serbian state-owned power grid operator Elektromreze Srbije (EMS) has awarded a 4.3 million euro ($5.9 million) relay protection, monitoring, and control systems contract to Schneider Electric Srbija, a notice in the European Union’s procurement journal indicated on Friday.

Schneider Electric Srbija was awarded works on two lots – one for the 400/110 kilovolt (kV) Bеlgrade 20 substation and another one for the 400/220 kV Оbrеnоvаc substation, the notice published in the Tenders Electronic Daily (TED) showed.

Two companies in total filed bids for the tendered works.

Schneider Electric is a France-based multinational corporation that specializes in electricity distribution, automation management and produces installation components for energy management.
