Lower level people are great
ConsDirector and above are OK at best. Most directors are not qualified for the position and have no ability to go elsewhere.
Failure to admit bad hires at Leadership roles.
DEI to the point of reverse discrimination – heterosexual white males are not wanted.
Advancement is almost non-existence. There is actually a recently release video disputing this, however, noted is that neither of the people in the video are what would be viewed at as the soul of service, that is, Service Execution personnel. FSRs and Service Managers have no ability to advance.
VP and above do not engage with those not in immediate reporting structure.
Lack of resources at all levels. There is something to be said about this being common throughout most industries at this time, however, there is no acknowledgement or plan to change it. “Do more with less” is a real thing – do not expect help to lower the work load.
No ability to scale an organization to meet business goals.
The ship has many holes in it. The ship sinking is completely upon the upper levels to recognize and address long standing issues.
