​Why can I not access SECN+? I have been able to access it with my voice remote in the past by saying “SEC Network Plus” and a menu of games would pop up. I would simply select the game I was interested in and it would come on. Now when I do that and I select a live game I get a message that states it is not available in my region or a part of my package.​

​Been dealing with this for over 3 weeks now. Been told many things by multiple agents over the phone and in person at the local store. No one has yet to be able to correct this problem. Very frustrated.​
