The good things
Working together with a highly experience co-workers with experience more than ten years in a very challenging production environment. In addition, trust is given by the upper managements and non-managements in performing daily duties. Other than that, 70% of the employees are very friendly and polite. Lastly, working here is the best in term of gaining experiences as much as possible.
