Reddit – Dive into anything

I recently purchased an APC smartUPS 1500 C. My intention was to use it for battery backup and graceful shutdown of my 2 host v7 lab running VMCA7 latest version. To my surprise the APC needed an additional Management card to use the Network Shutdown appliance by APC which mine doesn’t support, but that doesn’t matter anyway because they just discontinued the Network Shutdown for VMware. Anyway, I’m hitting a wall and was hoping someone had a suggestion on how I could set this up as I have already spent a considerable amount for my lab setup and I feel like this shouldn’t be this difficult.
