Reddit – Dive into anything

Like many here, I am currently trying to get in shape. I was always a little stick, and I decided to put on some muscle. In order to do that, I had to clean up my diet and eat healthy. My biggest struggle was staying consistant with counting calories to make sure I hit my goals. I learned quickly that it’s just easier to eat the same thing everyday for breakfast and lunch.

Here is my day. I’m currently bulking for 3000 calories, so I’m going to show you how easy and cheap it is to hit that everyday.

Breakfast:

two packets of Protein Instant Oatmeal black coffee

Lunch:

Two PB&J sandwiches with extra peanutbutter 1/4 cup of almonds water to drink

Protein shake:

1 cup whole milk 2 banana 1 single serve cup of Strawberry greek yogurt (Usually I just do the Aldi brand) 2 scoops of ON Whey Vanilla Ice Cream flavor

Dinner:

2 cups of whole milk Some kind of meat. Usually chicken breast steamed veggie bag

That will usually put me right at about 3000 calories. If I’m short for whatever reason, I’ll drink more milk til I hit it.

When I start cutting, I’m going to do the exact same thing, except:

For breakfast, I’ll only have 1 oatmeal packet

For lunch, I’ll only have 1 PB&J

Protein Shake will have one additional scoop of Protein powder

I will drink water at dinner instead of milk.

And I will add some cardio to my workouts.
