Reddit – Dive into anything

Hi there,

I’m 5ft6 and 96kgs and turning 30. Job is sitting at a desk all day. I plan to start working out as well.. but let’s sort meal prep first l.

Calorie counter suggests I eat 1800 calories a day to lose 20kg by January.

I don’t know where to start with food prep. I see lots of individual recipes but I’m looking for a weekly guide. I’m not super fussy but I don’t have an expansive pantry. I’m happy to eat the same meals 7 days a week as long as it’s tasty, relatively cheap and something I like. I’m thinking high protein, low carb.

I don’t snack.

So breakfast, lunch and dinner only.

I hope someone can point my in the right direction to get me started.
