Reddit – Dive into anything
I’ve been going to the gym for 5 years now, I’m in my 20s and I wanted to know if anyone had any great meal plans for students who’s food shopping bill is getting higher and higher. I currently shop at Aldi and I’m on between 2700-3000 calories. This appears to be my maintenance. But, I’m no longer seeing any progress in terms of increasing body weight. My strength has had a small increase but nothing major. After my last weigh this Monday I was 63.3kg which for me isn’t bad. But I’m struggling with food and uni currently. Bulking is difficult enough the last thing I want to do is think about math while eating. I have only had one successful bulk, I lasted 8 months and went from 62.2kg to 66.5kg. Any advice would be appreciated
Edit: I’m from the Uk so our prices are slightly different in some aspects, cost of living crisis and all
