I had VPS from them

But you did sell VPS in the past… It is not possible that you do not remember the fact. I stopped using your VPS in January 2020. You did a lot of harm to me not caring about my work and time at all.

My review:
I had VPS from them. Often I lost access to it for a long time cause they never fixed the problem fast. Sometimes for 8 hours, the other time for 2 days. I was complaining about it and finally I informed them that I was going to change the VPS provider and that at the end of the month which I already paid for I will stop using their VPS. A few days before I was supposed to stop using their VPS because the month which I paid for was coming to an end, I lost access to their VPS completely. I was trying to contact them for a few days but no one responded. I lost my documents which I had on the VPS, also I had to start Jarvee from scratch because the Jarvee folders were also stored on the VPS. I also lost 50k+ points of balance in LikeExchange as I lost access to my Jarvee folder together with its data. I cannot recommend them. Irresponsible people is not enough to say.

I have printscreens from that “conversation” on my PC. I wish I could share them here. I was explaining how much I lost just because they took the access a few days earlier from me than the due day was but no one cared, no one said a word. I had to start from scratch on a new VPS which I have from Greencloud – everything always works. Yeah, I have just recalled that the VPS from Proxy Cheap was slow and Jarvee very often did not want to open at all for hours….. – that was just terrible.
