    The contractor must have some means of electronic communications (email or cell phone) activated (24) twenty-four hours a day, (7) seven days a week to ensure that immediate contact can be made by a designee of the Board of Education.

    The Driftwood terminal, the Pipeline Network and required natural gas assets are collectively referred to as the “Driftwood Project”.Basis of PresentationThe accompanying unaudited consolidated financial statements have been prepared in accordance with GAAP for interim financial information and the instructions to Form 10-Q and Article 10 of Regulation S-X.

    While the Claimant did not give particulars of a failure to obtain employment, I am of the view that an award can be made for the damage to her reputation by these unfortunate events.[50] In the circumstances I hereby Order: i.

    Tellurian intends to develop the Driftwood pipeline as part of what we refer to as the “ Pipeline Network .” In addition to the Driftwood pipeline, the Pipeline Network is expected to include two pipelines, the Haynesville Global Access Pipeline and the Permian Global Access Pipeline, both of which are currently in the early stages of development.

    The long-term equity investment entities involved include PetroChina Pipeline Co., Ltd., Fujian Natural Gas Pipeline Network Co., Ltd., Guangdong Natural Gas Pipeline Network Co., Ltd.

  • Pipelines has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

  • Pipeline means any pipe, pipes, or pipelines used for the intrastate transportation or transmission of any solid, liquid, or gaseous substance, except water.

  • Interconnection Service(s means any Interconnection, Resale Services, 251(c)(3) UNEs, Collocation, functions, facilities, products or services offered under this Agreement.

  • Generation Interconnection Customer means an entity that submits an Interconnection Request to interconnect a new generation facility or to increase the capacity of an existing generation facility interconnected with the Transmission System in the PJM Region.

  • Interconnection Customer means a Generation Interconnection Customer and/or a Transmission Interconnection Customer.

  • Micro wireless facility means a small cell wireless facility that is not more than 24 inches in length, 15 inches in width, and 12 inches in height and that does not have an exterior antenna more than 11 inches in length.

  • Digital Cross Connect System or “DCS” is a function which provides automated Cross Connection of Digital Signal Level 0 (DS0) or higher transmission bit rate digital channels within physical interface facilities. Types of DCS include but are not limited to DCS 1/0s, DCS 3/1s, and DCS 3/3s, where the nomenclature 1/0 denotes interfaces typically at the DS1 rate or greater with Cross Connection typically at the DS0 rate. This same nomenclature, at the appropriate rate substitution, extends to the other types of DCS specifically cited as 3/1 and 3/3. Types of DCS that cross connect Synchronous Transport Signal level 1 (STS-1 s) or other Synchronous Optical Network (SONET) signals (e.g., STS-3) are also DCS, although not denoted by this same type of nomenclature. DCS may provide the functionality of more than one of the aforementioned DCS types (e.g., DCS 3/3/1 which combines functionality of DCS 3/3 and DCS 3/1). For such DCS, the requirements will be, at least, the aggregation of requirements on the “component” DCS. In locations where automated Cross Connection capability does not exist, DCS will be defined as the combination of the functionality provided by a Digital Signal Cross Connect (DSX) or Light Guide Cross Connect (LGX) patch panels and D4 channel banks or other DS0 and above multiplexing equipment used to provide the function of a manual Cross Connection. Interconnection is between a DSX or LGX to a Switch, another Cross Connection, or other service platform device.

  • Terminals means the Terminals set forth on Schedule A attached hereto.

  • Area network means a type of electric distribution system served by multiple transformers interconnected in an electrical network circuit, which is generally used in large metropolitan areas that are densely populated, in order to provide highly reliable service. Area network has the same meaning as the term “distribution secondary grid network” found in institute of electrical and electronics engineers (IEEE) standard 1547 sub clause 4.1.4.

  • Interconnection Service Agreement means an agreement among the Transmission Provider, an Interconnection Customer and an Interconnected Transmission Owner regarding interconnection under Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI.

  • Interconnection Service means the physical and electrical interconnection of the Customer Facility with the Transmission System pursuant to the terms of Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI and the Interconnection Service Agreement entered into pursuant thereto by Interconnection Customer, the Interconnected Transmission Owner and Transmission Provider.

  • Pipeline System means the Petroleum receipt, delivery, pipeline, pumping, monitoring, control and ancillary facilities owned by Carrier commencing at or near Hardisty, Alberta and terminating at the international boundary at or near Haskett, Manitoba which are connected to the Keystone US Pipeline System, as such facilities may be modified, expanded or extended from time to time.

  • Refinery means a facility for the manufacture or reprocessing of finished or unfinished petroleum

  • Interconnection Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which the project is connected to the grid i.e. it shall be at 11 / 22 kV bus bar level of substation of MSEDCL.

  • Core Network means the transport infrastructure identified in accordance with Chapter III of Regulation (EU) No 1315/2013;

  • Station means an area served by one valve or by a set of valves that operate simultaneously.

  • Gathering System means that portion of Gatherer’s pipeline system, including all appurtenances thereto, related to the provision of gathering and transportation services provided by Gatherer pursuant to this tariff.

  • Interconnection means a connection between two or more individual Transmission Systems that normally operate in synchronism and have interconnecting intertie(s).

  • Transmission Interconnection Customer means an entity that submits an Interconnection Request to interconnect or add Merchant Transmission Facilities to the Transmission System or to increase the capacity of Merchant Transmission Facilities interconnected with the Transmission System in the PJM Region or an entity that submits an Upgrade Request for Merchant Network Upgrades (including accelerating the construction of any transmission enhancement or expansion, other than Merchant Transmission Facilities, that is included in the Regional Transmission Expansion Plan prepared pursuant to Operating Agreement, Schedule 6).

  • Interconnector means equipment used to link the electricity system of the State to electricity systems outside of the State;

  • Fiber means a glass strand or strands which is/are protected by a color coded buffer tube and which is/are used to transmit a communication signal along the glass strand in the form of pulses of light.

  • business vertical means a distinguishable component of an enterprise that is engaged in the supply of individual goods or services or a group of related goods or services which is subject to risks and returns that are different from those of the other business verticals.

  • Connectivity means the physical and logical interconnection to the TELVIVA System (including via third party data telecommunications networks) as may be specified by TELVIVA to access and use the Communication Services, including the type and bandwidth of the relevant access circuit;
