Description:

New HIRE: PeopleSoft HR Senior Business Analyst Support (6 months).

Senior (More than 7 years proven of experience in the technology)

We need an experienced PeopleSoft consultant, who can help with the following tasks : advanced customer support (including communication with customers, troubleshooting, bug testing), notification set-up, security maintenance

Detailed Info :
• Provide specialized customer support for Personnel Systems:
-address complex issues/questions and propose solutions / workarounds
-perform troubleshooting work by using techniques like data analysis, bug reproduction
-test fixes
-perform maintenance tasks (e.g. Access rights, Mass-Upload)

• Liaise with Personnel Business representatives and IT representatives in order to plan and deliver efficiently the change requests for Personnel Systems:
-collect business requirements from Personnel Business representatives
-document the business and the functional requirements
-liaise with IT representatives for the solution design
-liaise with Personnel Business representatives for obtaining the solution validation (testing, UAT coordination) and the user adoption

• The staff member must demonstrate knowledge in:
-Business Analysis
-Very good knowledge of the functionality of the Personnel Systems implemented within the EIB Group: PeopleSoft HCM (Global Payroll, Absence Management, Position Management, Workforce Administration, Security & Tree Maintenance, Manager and Employee Self-Service, Candidate Gateway, Profile Management)
-SQL tools

Hybrid Working: 2 days remote, 3 days onsite (tbc. during the customer interview)
