    Subject to the terms and conditions of this XXXX, you are licensed to use the SOFTWARE on a Network Server Basis.

    You are licensed to either: (a) copy the SOFTWARE solely for backup or archival purposes; or (b) install the SOFTWARE on a single Network Server , provided you keep the original solely for backup or archival purposes.

    APSCSCL shall not be responsible for any failure of power, Network, Server, Bandwidth problems, Hosting Server, Internet Connectivity, ISP or otherwise or the slowness to access ap e-Konugolu Platform.

    The Seller shall not be responsible for any failure of power, Network, Server, Bandwidth problems, Hosting Server, Internet Connectivity, ISP or otherwise or the slowness to access NCDEX e Markets Ltd Platform/Exchange Platform https://market.neml.in.

    FCI and Service Provider shall not be responsible for any failure of power, Network Server , Bandwidth problems, Hosting Server, Internet Connectivity, ISP or otherwise or the slowness to access Service Provider Portals.

    The Seller and exchange shall not be responsible for any failure of power, Network Server , Bandwidth problems, Hosting Server, Internet Connectivity, ISP or otherwise or the slowness to access NCDEX e Markets Ltd Platform http://market.neml.in.

    You are licensed to create or deploy Web-based Applications and/or Report Definition files in more than one Network Server , you must purchase one (1) additional SOFTWARE license for each additional Network Server .

    The Seller and exchange shall not be responsible for any failure of power, Network Server , Bandwidth problems, Hosting Server, Internet Connectivity, ISP or otherwise or the slowness to access Agribazaar Platform www.agribazaar.com.

  • Network Service User means an entity using Network Transmission Service.

  • Network means the hotels, inns, conference centers, timeshare properties and other operations that Hilton Worldwide and its subsidiaries own, license, lease, operate or manage now or in the future.

  • Broadband or “Broadband Service” means any service defined as Broadband, or having advanced telecommunications capability, in the most recent Federal Communications Commission inquiry pursuant to Section 706 of the Telecommunications Act of 1996 (P.L. 104-104).2

  • Server means the Meta trader program version 4, or later version, in addition to any platform trading facilitates including (but not limited to) web and mobile traders. The program is used to execute the Client’s Orders or Instructions or Requests, to provide trading information in real-time mode (the content is defined by the Company), in consideration of the mutual liabilities between the Client and the Company.

  • Mobile Network means the mobile telecommunications network(s) across which the InControl Services are provided;

  • Network plan means a policy of group health insurance offered by an insurer under which the financing and delivery of medical care, including items and services paid for as medical care, are provided, in whole or in part, through a defined set of providers under contract with the insurer. The term does not include an arrangement for the financing of premiums.

  • Mobile telecommunications service means the same as that term is defined in Section 124(7) of Public Law 106-252 (Mobile Telecommunications Sourcing Act).

  • Network Load means the load that a Network Customer designates for Network Integration Transmission Service under Tariff, Part III. The Network Customer’s Network Load shall include all load (including losses) served by the output of any Network Resources designated by the Network Customer. A Network Customer may elect to designate less than its total load as Network Load but may not designate only part of the load at a discrete Point of Delivery. Where an Eligible Customer has elected not to designate a particular load at discrete points of delivery as Network Load, the Eligible Customer is responsible for making separate arrangements under Tariff, Part II for any Point-To-Point Transmission Service that may be necessary for such non-designated load.

  • Network Resource means any designated generating resource owned, purchased, or leased by a Network Customer under the Network Integration Transmission Service Tariff. Network Resources do not include any resource, or any portion thereof, that is committed for sale to third parties or otherwise cannot be called upon to meet the Network Customer’s Network Load on a non-interruptible basis, except for purposes of fulfilling obligations under a reserve sharing program.
