$100 360 Internet Package Offer: Subscribe to a 360 Internet package with Internet 100, 300, 600 or 1 GIG and get a bill credit of $100 which will be split evenly over the first 3 monthly statements. The advertised price of $34.99 represents first year monthly rate for the 360 Internet package with Internet 100 service. Thereafter, the monthly price increases by $10 in the second year, and then in the fourth year increases to the standard rate then in effect (currently, $64.99). Advertised promotional price does not include standard installation fee (currently $45 for Value Internet, $25 for 360 Internet, and free for Smart Internet when purchased online); a one-time $10 activation fee; or other one-time fees that may apply because of options you select. Price also does not include the following recurring monthly charges that may apply: (i) modem fee, currently, $13.00; (ii) local broadcast station surcharge or regional sports surcharge; (iii) taxes, franchise fees and other amounts required by law to be collected or paid; or (iv) fees for optional services or equipment you may want. All of these monthly charges may increase from time to time. After the first year, if our standard rate for your service increases or we institute a new fee for service subscribers generally, we can pass that increase or new fee along to you.

Internet Service Usage Allowances & Speeds: Internet service levels are subject to the following monthly total bandwidth usage allowances: Internet 100: 300 GB; Internet 300: 1,500 GB; Internet 600: 3,000; 1 GIG Internet: 6,000 GB. Excess usage will be billed at $10 for every increment of up to 50 additional gigabytes used. For example, if usage exceeded the allowance by 51 gigabytes, the additional charge would be $20. WiFi360pro: Based on manufacturer specifications, each eero device covers approximately 1,500 square feet. The number of required eero devices needed to achieve optimal results varies depending on factors such as the size of the residence, building characteristics, the number of connected devices and the overall network usage. Due to the average square footage and proximity of residences which may result in increased potential for device interference, customers residing in multi-story buildings/apartments/residences (“MDU”) are limited to 1 eero device. Customers, excluding those in MDU’s, who require more than 2 eero devices to achieve optimal results may rent additional eero devices for $6/month each. Use of eero products and services requires the eero app and either a smartphone or other mobile device. You must create an account with eero through its app, which will require you to provide certain information to eero (such as your name, email address and phone number). Mediacom Internet services requires a DOCSIS 3.0 modem (or higher). Customer must agree to all applicable subscriber terms and policies of eero. See eero.com/legal for details.
