This camera is incomplete. It lacks detail installation instructions. It relies on a Windows 10 software to be functional, which may or may not be included with windows 10. In my case, logitech support had to provide a link to add this windows 10 software. For a $150.00 camera, I had expected it to functional out of the box. I’m very disappointed and will think twice before using logitech products.

The C930E webcam is well worth the expense.
This is a great little webcam. While I had an initial problem with it, the service department [especially John (B2B] helped me through it. Both the hardware and the service behind it is outstanding. I recommend this webcam to anyone how needs good, high quality, pictures.

Excellent WebCam but a little bit pricey
The camera provides very clear video. I don’t use the mic because I have a Blue Yeti. It’s a little bit pricey so not a great value but the less expensive, yet still excellent, Logitech C920 has been difficult to get. This version is a business product and comes in brown box; it does not ship with retail software.

So-so…a bit frustrated
This camera has good reviews, which is why we purchased it, but we’re having trouble with the controls. The zoom works well, but the pan often freezes, and we haven’t yet figured out why.

Camera seems to work well. I cannot tell how it looks to others. From what I see on my screen, things look a bit washed out, and it is sensitive to directional lighting. I cannot comment on microphone abilities, as only the viewer can determine that.

Improvement over a good Logitech 920 webcam
I am using the Logitech C930e to improve on a C920 I have used for more than a year. Improvements include a 90 degree field of view, in place of the 78 degree on the C920. In addition the C930e has improved the automatic light adjustments, and it also seems to have a sharper image. The computer used with this webcam is one I built in 2019, using an eighth generation i7 CPU, without a special graphics card. The entire setup works very well.

Logitech HD Webcam C930e – Fantastic!
I purchased the Logitech HD Webcam C930e to use as a video conference set-up for one of my meeting rooms at work. I connected it with a desktop computer via the USB connection on the camera. The PC is connected to a large monitor via HDMI. The quality is amazing.
I launched ZOOM and the camera was recognized immediately. With a couple of minor adjustments, including setting it to HD, I was up and running. The audio quality is very good as well and picks up voices 20 feet away.
We are very satisfied with this camera. This is a very affordable solution to video conferencing. It saved us about $10K over some of our other facilities!

Camera is great for small conference room
I was pleasantly surprised by the performance of this little camera. Although it is small it picks up a very good range. We use this in a huddle room meeting with remote attendees. They have no problems seeing everyone in the conference room (10-12) persons and the picture is clear. Installation was as easy as plugging it in. Really a great product for the price. Way to go Logitech!

Easy to set up. Great image quality. External lens cover is nice. Easily attaches to a tripod.
Easy to use with Zoom, Teams and other video conferencing tools. Angle is wider than I anticipated… would be great if I needed to share camera with someone seated next to me. Wider angle than needed where it is just me and most of the tools don’t allow me to use the zoom feature to narrow the angle.

Works great, but make sure you download the app from Logitech that allows you to change the zoom. It’s default setting is too wide angle for a lot of individual Zoom meetings.

I’m very pleased with this item. I reviewed several sites for reviews and this came out generally well recommended. I was able to get it at a reduced price at Dell due to some reward credits making it a really good value. I like the adjustments it has to fine tune the image.
