Columbia Business School’s implementation of Microsoft Skype for Business is an enterprise-ready, unified communications platform, intended as a community-building tool. Skype for Business is built to fully integrate with Microsoft Office and is tied to your GSB Exchange email account. This tool can help you see your contacts’ availability; send an IM; start or join an audio, video, or web conference; or make a phone call—all through a consistent, familiar interface that will help ease communication with your classmates.
